Approximate net monthly pay; local figures are typical market estimates.
A competitive European salary from R48,000 net/month (~€2,400). After the first two months it rises — R60,000 net/month (~€3,000). How much you earn also depends on you: on your initiative, responsibility and how you plan your work and rest. Overtime is paid according to EU rules. You're paid monthly, on time, directly to your bank account, with a transparent monthly breakdown.
We charge no placement fee. You only cover preparing your own documents and your flight to Europe — paid directly to the relevant institutions, not to us.
Accommodation on company premises is about R200–300/night (~€10–15) — used before you start work and between trips. During a trip you live in the truck (no cost). For drivers, this investment pays off within the first month of work.
That keeps everything transparent: you always know exactly what you're paying for and who you're paying.
The employer earns money when the truck is rolling — so they want to send you out on a route as soon as possible. You stay on company premises only when preparing for your first trip and briefly between new trips: paperwork, briefing, taking over the truck and so on. Most of your time is spent in the truck — and nights on the road cost you nothing.

Employer and accommodation
We work together with licensed, long-established Lithuanian international transport carriers. Each driver is placed with a specific company based on their experience and situation — so the exact conditions (routes, truck make, accommodation) depend on the company you'll work with.
Common to everyone — the same conditions listed above, plus modern, well-maintained equipment.
On long-haul routes the cabin becomes your home: it has a sleeping area with a comfortable mattress, a heater, air conditioning and a fridge. This is where you sleep, eat and spend your free time — just like drivers all across Europe.
For longer rest you stop at safe, dedicated truck stops or service stations — with showers, toilets, laundry and food. You'll also spend some time at the company's bases, where paperwork is handled or you wait for the next load.
The employer provides accommodation near the base — a shared flat or a room for a symbolic price; the per-night rate is in the costs section above. What differs is the form: some employers offer a separate room, others a place in a shared flat. And during your 4 rest weeks you can fly home (at your own cost).
Important: the exact form of accommodation (flat, room, dormitory), its price and the rest-week arrangements depend on the company you'll work with. These photos are examples only.
Small household items you may need (pots, dishes, etc.) you can bring with you or buy after arrival — plan for these one-off costs. And once you meet your employer during the visa process — feel free to ask them anything about life and conditions.
